Yes. A basic memorial on Kinloved.com is free to create. The memorial page, first photo, memories, candles, QR code and core profile features do not require a subscription.

No. You can create a memorial without registering. After creation you receive a private edit link. An account is optional and makes it easier to manage several memorials in one place.

A Personal memorial is the normal choice for remembering a relative, friend or someone personally known to the people creating the page. A Fan tribute is an unofficial memorial for a public figure or another person the creator admires, without suggesting that the page is official or connected to the person’s family. The memorial type can be changed later from the edit page.

Yes. Memorial type and visibility are completely separate settings. A Fan tribute can be Public or Link only, just like a Personal memorial. A public Fan tribute can appear in Kinloved search, featured sections and other normal public listings, while a Link only Fan tribute continues to follow the existing Link only privacy rules.

A memorial can be edited by its owner, authorised editors and anyone who has a valid private edit link. Keep private edit links somewhere safe and do not post them publicly.

If the memorial is linked to your Kinloved account, you can manage it after logging in. If it is not linked to an account, contact us and we will check what recovery options are available.

Yes. In the memorial settings you can choose Link only. The memorial remains accessible to people who have its direct address, but it is removed from Kinloved public search and marked so search engines should not index it.

Yes. Public memorials may be made available for search-engine indexing. Making a memorial public does not guarantee that a search engine will index it, how quickly it will appear, or where it will rank.

Every memorial starts with one photo slot. Additional permanent gallery slots can be purchased as one-off extras. Purchased slots are added to the memorial and do not require a monthly subscription.

Yes. The current profile photo is also the first image in the memorial gallery. If an authorised manager selects a different profile photo, that image becomes the first gallery photo.

Yes. Anyone can gift additional photo space to a memorial. After a successful photo-slot purchase, the purchaser receives a temporary secure upload link so the purchased photos can be added. This does not give permanent access to edit the memorial.

No. A photo-slot purchase can provide a temporary secure upload link for the purchased photos, but it does not make the buyer the memorial owner or editor and does not provide ongoing access to change the memorial.

Featured memorials can appear in a special rotating section on Kinloved.com. Featured time is purchased for a fixed period, and additional purchases extend any featured time that is still remaining.

No. Extra photo slots and featured periods are one-off purchases. Kinloved.com does not require a monthly subscription to keep a memorial online.

Kinloved.com can show supported local prices based on the visitor’s country. The amount and currency shown at Stripe Checkout should match the price selected on Kinloved before payment.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Kinloved.com does not store your full payment-card details.

Refund and complaint information is available on the Refunds page. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and include enough information for us to locate the transaction.

Yes. Candles are not limited to one per visitor. Each press of the Light a candle button adds another candle to the memorial.

Visitors can leave a memory on a public memorial. Memorial managers can manage published content, and inappropriate content can also be reported to Kinloved for moderation.

Public memorials include a Report memorial option, and individual memories can also be reported. Reports are sent into the Kinloved moderation system for review.

Yes. A memorial manager can save grave coordinates. When coordinates are available, visitors can use the directions button to open navigation to the grave location.

Each memorial can have a free QR code that links directly to its Kinloved page. You can save or print the code and use it wherever appropriate.

No. Kinloved.com provides the memorial page and downloadable QR code without requiring you to buy a physical plaque. If you want a printed or engraved plaque, you can arrange that separately.

Yes. The memorial owner can permanently delete a memorial from the management area. If you need help with a memorial or content-removal request, you can also contact Kinloved.com.

Uploaded photos are processed and optimised by Kinloved.com. During processing, image metadata such as EXIF information that may contain GPS location data is removed.

Yes. The memorial owner can add other Kinloved account holders as authorised editors. Ownership can also be transferred to an existing editor when needed.
